Terms and conditions Gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers are issued with an expiry date and must be used no later than that date, i.e. one year from date of purchase. If you wish to extend your voucher, here are the conditions :
A 6-month extension will cost you an additional €15
Except in cases where the service cannot be provided for reasons that are not your fault.
Gift vouchers may be exchanged for Alpes Aventures products at any time during their period of validity and for a value equal to or less than the purchase value. Under no circumstances and without exception may a gift voucher be reimbursed.
If you have made a reservation with a gift voucher, you must present yourself on the day of your activity with a paper copy or digital proof of the gift voucher.
Alpes Aventures cannot be held responsible if you lose or misplace your gift voucher, if it has been stolen or in the event of loss resulting from identity theft. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your gift voucher.
