Course of a piloting session
- Welcome and presentation Initial briefing with our instructors to explain the safety rules and objectives of the session.
- Getting to grips with the equipment Introduction to mountain biking with equipment adapted to the size and level of the children.
- Technical workshops Learning the basics (braking, handling the handlebars, shifting gears) and appropriate exercises.
- Practical course : Putting their new skills to the test on progressive, signposted routes.
- Feedback Discussions on what has been learnt and presentation of a certificate of participation.
